Unser Urteil
Dark Reader inverts colours live and adjusts brightness and contrast, so most sites turn dark without breaking. Images are protected from inversion, though a few complex sites still end up with unreadable text. For heavy night readers it is close to essential.
Stärken
- Almost every site can be darkened
- Image inversion is handled carefully
- Can be toggled per site
Schwächen
- Complex sites occasionally break
- Adds rendering overhead
- Some palettes need manual tuning
