Our verdict
Raycast is the kind of tool you cannot go back from: one shortcut, and you can search files, browse clipboard history, run scripts, ask an AI and manage windows. The extension store adds a new capability every week or so. The only issue is that the macOS experience is so far ahead that the Windows build is still catching up.
फ़ायदे
- Summoned by shortcut, barely interrupting flow
- Extensions cover a large set of everyday services
- Clipboard history and window management are genuinely useful
नुक़सान
- Uneven cross-platform capability
- Too many extensions need tidying eventually
- AI features sit behind a subscription
