ClickUp's strategy is to have everything: tasks, docs, whiteboards, goals and time tracking, at a lower price than rivals. That is genuinely attractive to budget-sensitive teams. But the feature pile is so high that the first login is suffocating, and someone has to design the structure properly or it becomes a mess.
