Our verdict

Fellow thinks one step further than most meeting tools: agenda templates before, shared notes during, and action items assigned to named people after. For recurring rituals such as team standups, one-on-ones and retros it fits very well. The catch is that it wants every meeting managed here, and migrating is not cheap.

Prós

  • Agenda templates and shared notes are well executed
  • Action items can be assigned and tracked
  • Practical templates for one-on-ones and retros

Contras

  • Only pays off if the whole team migrates
  • Process-heavy, which feels slow for ad-hoc meetings
  • Seat limits on the free plan

FAQ

Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Free tier stays free. Enough for individuals and teams up to five; move to $9/user/mo when you outgrow it.
Is it reachable from mainland China?
Yes. We verified direct access without extra network setup.
Are the UI and docs in Chinese?
Yes — UI, help centre and the main templates ship in Simplified Chinese.
Which platforms does Fellow support?
It covers Web / macOS / Windows / iOS / Android. Accounts sync across clients, so a mixed macOS/Windows team keeps the same setup.
What are the best Fellow alternatives?
The usual comparisons are Granola, Fathom. Granola has a free tier, which is the cheapest way to start; The comparison table below lines up pricing and free quotas.
Can I export my data?
Most plans export CSV / JSON. Check that the export entry is open to your plan before you commit — it keeps history from getting stuck in an old workspace.
